While I was in there: three vendor invoices came in by email this morning. Filed to their job folders and matched to the jobs. The stone yard one has no PO number, so I flagged it for the weekly review instead of matching it.

Two new Google reviews, both five stars: the Okafor patio and the Lindqvist pool deck. Want replies drafted?
Yes. In my words, and mention the project.
Two replies staged. First one:Thanks, Dana. The patio came out great, and your dog supervising the crew made the week. Enjoy the fire pit this fall.

One more: Crew B finished Lindqvist under the estimated hours and that job just got the five-star. By your rule that's a gift card for the crew. Want me to order it and note it in the rewards sheet?
Yes, $100 each.
Order staged for three $100 cards, rewards sheet updated. Reply approve to place it.

Evening brief. Tomorrow: three crews, eight stops. Brennan's revision is first on your list. Okafor signed addendum #3 at 4:52. Two estimates with no reply in a week and one invoice past thirty days; follow-ups are drafted for 7 AM.

Connected to the software you already run.

Three tiers. One chat window.

Custom connections for the trade.

SynkedUP is the first one we built from scratch: schedule, estimates, customers and work areas, read straight from the job record. Run your business on something else? We build the connection for your company, the same way.

You approve what goes out.

Reads happen instantly. Emails, invoices, review replies and records are shown to you in full and wait for your OK. Money never moves: payments, transfers and payroll are blocked in code, for every role.

It learns your company.

Your vendors, crews, pricing and the customer who wants a text before every visit. Say "save that permanently" and a correction becomes a rule. Standing jobs run on a schedule you describe in plain English.

Its own server. Your data only.

Every Mason runs on a dedicated machine with its own secrets and sign-ins, on Hermes by Nous Research. Your books never share a computer with another contractor's.

Working the first week.

A short conversation about your office, sign-in links for your apps, and Mason reads a few hundred of your sent emails to learn how you write. Then it starts taking work.

FAQs

Where do I talk to Mason?

In your team chat. Discord today, with Slack, Teams, Telegram and WhatsApp available. From your phone, from the truck, in a thread with your office manager. Voice memos are transcribed.

What can it actually do on its own?

Anything that only reads: pull the schedule, run an aging report, search the inbox, find a contract, job-cost a project, build a spreadsheet or PDF. Anything that goes out, it stages and waits for your approval in a new message.

Can it send money or pay a bill?

No. Payments, bill pay, transfers, deposits, refunds and payroll are refused in code on every path. No role, prompt or approval unlocks them. Creating an invoice or estimate is allowed, with your approval.

My job software isn't listed.

We build the connection for your company. SynkedUP was the first; Jobber, LMN and JobTread are next in line. Anything with an API or a web portal is in reach.

Where does my data live?

On a server dedicated to your company, with its own secrets and sign-ins. Apps connect through hosted sign-in links, so Mason is never handed a password. Nothing is shared with another contractor.

Hire the one who won't quit in November.
